FlatFoot
Flatfoot is defined as the arch on the inside of your foot is flat. Although having flatfeet is often painless, it can cause pain and other problems with your feet, ankles, and knees if the ankle begins to turn inward. Some people have flatfeet due to aging, pregnancy, or maybe their arches just didn't develop during childhood.
Some of the causes of flatfoot:
- A short lateral column.
- Tightness of the gastrocnemius tendon and the Achilles tendon
- Lax tendon
- foot deformities
